Available before courier collection. We cancel the delivery booking and initiate a full refund to your original payment method. If courier cancellation needs verification, we pause the order for review.

Request a return within 5 days of delivery. Upload one clear product photo and one photo of the shipping label with its shipping number visible. Our team will review your request; submission does not arrange a pickup or refund.
