Payments

Online payments are processed through Razorpay. Vyaparika does not ask you to send card numbers, UPI PINs, CVVs or other payment-instrument credentials by email. Payment processing is also subject to the payment provider's applicable privacy and security practices.

Sharing

Information may be shared with payment processors, delivery partners and service providers only as reasonably necessary to complete your order, provide support or comply with law. We do not sell customer personal information.

Retention & security

We retain order and customer information only for as long as reasonably required for fulfilment, support, accounting, fraud prevention and legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
