Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to purchases made through the Vyaparika online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our Shipping & Delivery, Returns/Refunds/Cancellations and Privacy policies.

Products

We aim to present product photographs, descriptions, dimensions and weights accurately. Screen settings and the decorative nature of the products may result in minor colour or appearance variations.

Prices & payment

Prices displayed on the store are in Indian Rupees (INR). The amount presented for payment at checkout is the amount payable for that online order. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay using the payment methods Razorpay makes available.

Order confirmation

An order is accepted after successful payment and confirmation by our checkout system. We may contact you if fulfilment is prevented by an inventory, address, pricing or technical issue. Where we cannot fulfil a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Delivery

Orders are currently delivered within India only. Processing and estimated delivery timelines are described in our Shipping & Delivery policy.

Returns, refunds & cancellations

Eligibility, reporting windows and refund timelines are described in our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations policy. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method.

Customer responsibility

Please verify product dimensions and provide complete, accurate contact and delivery information before placing an order. Do not share OTPs, UPI PINs, CVVs or card credentials with anyone claiming to represent Vyaparika.
